You can cancel your R15 Home app trial & subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but we will be sad to see you go.

The following information applies to all R15 Home app subscriptions.

When cancelling your R15 Home app subscription, the following applies:

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time

Your weeks will continue to rollover in the background

Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro rate remaining subscriptions

After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the R15 Home app for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for

Please note that deleting your account or the app, does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply contact us on stating you would like to cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through Stripe. Payment(s) will be charged to the credit card connected to your R15 Home App account. Subscriptions will auto-renew based on your subscription type (monthly, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, yearly) unless a cancelation is requested atleast 24hours before your next billing date. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the current billing cycle even when auto-renewal for the next billing cycle is turned off. (You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued).
